Wow! I am so surprised with this couch in so many ways! Shipping was super fast and the packaging was very good; not one spot of the couch was damaged or touched. We unpacked everything and checked all the pieces; all were there (with extra washers/spacers). Pieces went together so easily, I was shocked because I had myself so anxious about getting this thing together. Every hole and piece matched up and the material was surprisingly very nice quality; loved the grayish color also. Hubby put it together in only about an hour and it looked just like the picture; beautiful. We are very happy with it. It is firm but I cannot say much about that because our old couch was hitting the floor (almost) so anything would be firm to me. I have back problems and was worried it might not be comfy for me, but so far it is very comfy. Overall, we are very, very pleased with this sofa and considering the pricehow can you go wrong? I would recommend highly.
