The shipping company broke the top of the desk. I emailed the company and they contacted me the next day. I sent them pictures and within 3 days they sent me a new top for the desk. Very happy with their response, communication and timing. I was very skeptical at first. But they made everything right. Instructions for assembly may be a little hard to follow if you don’t have experience following instructions and putting things together. But, nothing is hard to correct. It is sturdy and everything lined up perfectly.
