I bought this for my 16 yr old son. It wasnt to hard to put together. We did it together and it took a couple hours, taking our time. My only complaint is that one of the long support beams (which are not solid beams but put together tongue and groove style) split within a few mos of putting this together. I would also suggest getting a bunkie board for under the mattress. Otherwise its pretty sturdy. My sons a big kid, and it holds him well. Theres tons of storage room underneath. Definitely looks nice.
Sturdy for Big Kids
